This hotel is wonderful! We stopped for one night on a big road trip. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and stayed in the 2 room suite. It was incredibly spacious and nice. I loved that the room had a ceiling fan! Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. My kids got to meet the hotel dog Bentley and loved it! Would highly recommend staying here!
The people at the Homewood suites by Hilton were great. The night manager and assistant were very helpful. I was there for a doordash trying to deliver to a customer that had Miss written their room number and they helped me find that customer so I could deliver the food on time. Thank you for your professional and helpful service
Top notch from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous - clean and inviting many steps above the usual hotel. The room was clean and well kept. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this establishment.
Well run very nice employees all around from the night crew I checked in with to the morning crew I checked out with one of my better experiences across the country I just got back from driving from Philadelphia to Bozeman Montana that week we drove from Big Sky to Philly then I drove the car back on the road miles lot of hotels this was one of the top two stays in my seven stays across the country thank everyone involved breakfast gentleman who run the kitchen top of the line everybody was awesome walk proud my friends that crew hit it right
Wow, luxury and incredible kind efficient staff. This is very comfortable and designed for easy travels. Best breakfast buffet and always hot coffee and tea ready. Water bottle refil stations too.
This place is top notch. Breakfast was amazing quality. Customer service was just as good. We’d accidentally booked online with a wrong date and they refunded it even though it had said non-refundable. We’ll be back if we’re ever needing a stay in Billings again.
We were traveling with our two golden retrievers and were happy that Homewood Suites is a pet-friendly hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of room for me, my husband, and our pups. Hailey and Dane were both very friendly and helpful. Dane saw me struggling with the dogs and quickly came over to walk me outside to an area where the dogs could play and potty. He even gave us a second treat bag so our dogs could have their own ball. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return if we’re in the area again.
We stayed at the Homewood Suites for several months after a flood in our house. We had ample time to review every aspect of this hotel and I can say they do an excellent job. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to their guests needs. They are detail orientated and breakfast was always wonderful. I highly recommend utilizing this hotel if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Bilings.
